- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Optional: crushed red pepper flakes, for heat
- Optional: lemon zest, for freshness
Instructions
- Rinse the green beans and trim the ends.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine green beans, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the seasoned green beans and toss gently.
- Place the green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness; cook longer if needed in 2-minute intervals.
- Remove and serve warm.

Serve alongside grilled chicken or toss with quinoa for added flavor and texture.
