Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Apples: Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin wedges.
  2. Caramelize the Apples: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add apple slices and brown sugar. Cook until soft and golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Combine the Wet Ingredients: Whisk together milk, eggs, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt.
