  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Fresh Mint Leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces and lay them on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and toast the baguette slices for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in short bursts of 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. In a bowl, soften the cream cheese by mixing it with honey until creamy. Optionally, mix in a drop of vanilla extract.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each toasted baguette slice, then drizzle with melted dark chocolate, and top with sliced strawberries.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
