Description

A gourmet side dish featuring creamy Yukon Gold potatoes with a buttery crust, infused with garlic and rosemary for rich flavor.


Ingredients

  • Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • Chicken Stock
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • 23 Garlic Cloves
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into 2-inch oval shapes. Rinse under cold water.
  2. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear potatoes cut-side down until golden brown.
  3. Flip potatoes, add garlic, rosemary, and sea salt; sear for an additional few minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken stock to come halfway up potatoes.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until fork-tender, occasionally basting.
  6. If desired, reduce liquid further and baste with remaining melted butter before serving.

Notes

For a healthier version, use olive oil and vegetable stock. Ensure not to overcrowd the pan for perfect searing.
