- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz white chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Add graham cracker crumbs and vanilla extract to the mixture, folding until fully incorporated.
- Gently mash raspberries and fold them into the mixture until evenly distributed.
- Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion out the mixture and roll it into balls.
- Chill the formed truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate and dip each chilled truffle, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Return the coated truffles to the sheet and let them set until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
For a healthier version, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese and dark chocolate for white chocolate.
