Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Feta Cheese
  • 2 Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Oregano (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg (optional for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, honey, fresh oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper; stir until well mixed.
  3. Unroll puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4-inch squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the feta mixture in the center of each pastry square, fold corners to center, and pinch to seal.
  5. Brush the tops with olive oil and apply egg wash if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, checking around the 20-minute mark.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with tzatziki sauce, salad, or a selection of olives for an impressive appetizer.
