Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and rinse the fresh cranberries.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced smoked sausage, fresh cranberries, olive oil, brown sugar, chopped rosemary, black pepper, and sea salt. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once cooked, let cool slightly before serving warm.
