Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and rinse the fresh cranberries.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced smoked sausage, fresh cranberries, olive oil, brown sugar, chopped rosemary, black pepper, and sea salt. Mix well.
