Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine the mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir gently until well coated.
  2. Roll Out the Puff Pastry: On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Cut Into Strips: Cut the rolled pastry into strips about 1 inch wide and 6 inches long.
  4. Fill and Twist: Place a small spoonful of the berry filling on one end of each pastry strip, fold over, and twist.
  5. Egg Wash: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and brush each twist with egg wash.
