Description

Ingredients

  • Pasta (Bowtie or Cavatappi)
  • Ground beef (or turkey/plant-based crumbles)
  • Onion (finely diced)
  • Pickles (diced)
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded or vegan alternative)
  • Tomato (chopped)
  • Lettuce (shredded)
  • Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until browned.
  3. Chop the onions, pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce.
