- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Blackberry Puree
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened

Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together into a bowl.
- Whip the Egg Whites: In a clean bowl, whisk egg whites and gradually add granulated sugar, whisking to stiff peaks.
- Fold in Dry Ingredients: Gently fold sifted almond flour and powdered sugar into the whipped egg whites.
- Add Blackberry Puree: Fold in blackberry puree evenly throughout the batter.
- Pipe the Macarons: Use a piping bag to pipe small circles onto lined baking sheets.
- Rest the Macarons: Allow the piped macarons to rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake the Macarons: Preheat to 300°F (150°C) and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Cool and Fill: Let baked macarons cool completely before filling them.
