Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together into a bowl.
  2. Whip the Egg Whites: In a clean bowl, whisk egg whites and gradually add granulated sugar, whisking to stiff peaks.
  3. Fold in Dry Ingredients: Gently fold sifted almond flour and powdered sugar into the whipped egg whites.
  4. Add Blackberry Puree: Fold in blackberry puree evenly throughout the batter.
  5. Pipe the Macarons: Use a piping bag to pipe small circles onto lined baking sheets.
  6. Rest the Macarons: Allow the piped macarons to rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Bake the Macarons: Preheat to 300°F (150°C) and bake for about 15 minutes.
  8. Cool and Fill: Let baked macarons cool completely before filling them.
