Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and sweetened condensed milk until it forms a crumbly dough.
- Add bubblegum extract and food coloring, mixing well to combine.
- Gently fold in mini marshmallows.
- Line an 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and press the mixture down evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Notes
For a vegan alternative, use unsweetened almond milk instead of sweetened condensed milk. Store slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
