An indulgent cheesecake that combines the creamy texture of classic cheesecake with the crunchy, rich flavor of Butterfinger candy bars.

- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, and eggs one at a time, mixing until creamy. Fold in chopped Butterfinger bars.
- Pour the mixture into the crust and bake for 50 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, decorate with whipped cream and additional chopped Butterfinger bars.
Notes
For the best flavor, prepare the cheesecake a day in advance and allow it to chill overnight.
