- Cheddar Bay Biscuits (8-10 biscuits), chopped
- Large Eggs (6)
- Whole Milk (1 cup)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
- Cooked Bacon or Sausage (1 cup, chopped)
- Green Onions (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the biscuits and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the chopped biscuits, shredded cheese, bacon or sausage, and green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
