- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Core each apple to create a hollow center, leaving half an inch at the bottom.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the hollowed apples, filling generously.
- Sprinkle the tops with brown sugar, chopped nuts, and crushed graham crackers.
- Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish with 1/4 cup water in the bottom. Bake for 25 minutes until tender.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Optional: drizzle with caramel sauce or serve with vanilla ice cream.
