Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized Apples (tart varieties like Granny Smith)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Graham Crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Core each apple to create a hollow center, leaving half an inch at the bottom.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the hollowed apples, filling generously.
  4. Sprinkle the tops with brown sugar, chopped nuts, and crushed graham crackers.
  5. Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish with 1/4 cup water in the bottom. Bake for 25 minutes until tender.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Optional: drizzle with caramel sauce or serve with vanilla ice cream.
