Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Pesto Sauce
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 large Tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (mozzarella and parmesan blend)
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach or Arugula
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure chicken is shredded and cream cheese is softened.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and pesto sauce until smooth.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
  4. Sprinkle shredded chicken, shredded cheese, greens, and optional sun-dried tomatoes over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Tightly roll the tortilla from one end to the other, ensuring fillings are contained.
  6. Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pieces and arrange on a serving platter.
