- 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup Pesto Sauce
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 4 large Tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (mozzarella and parmesan blend)
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach or Arugula
- 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and ensure chicken is shredded and cream cheese is softened.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and pesto sauce until smooth.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
- Sprinkle shredded chicken, shredded cheese, greens, and optional sun-dried tomatoes over the cream cheese mixture.
- Tightly roll the tortilla from one end to the other, ensuring fillings are contained.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch pieces and arrange on a serving platter.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be prepared a day in advance.
