Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 package Puff Pastry
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the filling.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into 4×4 inch squares and fill each with a spoonful of the chicken mixture. Fold and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Place the filled pillows on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in heavy cream, simmer, and add Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the pillows hot, drizzled with the creamy Parmesan sauce.

Notes

You can use rotisserie chicken for added convenience and consider healthier alternatives like low-fat cream cheese or zucchini noodles.
