Description

  • Brie Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using a serrated knife, gently cut the sourdough loaf into squares without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together dried cranberries, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, and honey.
  4. Stuff the gaps in the bread with brie cheese and the cranberry mixture.
  5. Melt butter and brush it generously over the top of the stuffed bread.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
