- Sourdough Bread
- Brie Cheese
- Dried Cranberries
- Fresh Rosemary
- Garlic
- Butter
- Honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using a serrated knife, gently cut the sourdough loaf into squares without cutting all the way through.
- In a small bowl, mix together dried cranberries, minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, and honey.
- Stuff the gaps in the bread with brie cheese and the cranberry mixture.
- Melt butter and brush it generously over the top of the stuffed bread.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
