- 1 sheet of Puff Pastry
- 8 oz Brie Cheese
- 1 cup Fresh Cranberries
- 4 oz Pancetta
- 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry until it is about 1/8 inch thick and lay it in a tart pan.
- Poke holes in the pastry and par-bake for 10 minutes, covering with parchment and weights, then bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Layer sliced Brie over the crust, followed by fresh cranberries, pancetta, and thyme.
- Drizzle honey over the top.
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until Brie is bubbly and the pastry is golden.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, consider using phyllo dough or low-fat Brie. This dish can be made ahead of time by preparing the crust and filling it before baking.
