- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can biscuit dough or homemade biscuits
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- If using rotisserie chicken, shred the meat into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream of chicken soup and milk. Stir until smooth, then add in shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare the biscuits according to package instructions or roll out homemade dough and cut into shapes.
- Bake the biscuits for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve each biscuit topped with the creamed chicken sauce and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a healthier alternative, use turkey or tofu for the chicken and almond or oat milk instead of regular milk.
