Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can biscuit dough or homemade biscuits
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. If using rotisserie chicken, shred the meat into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream of chicken soup and milk. Stir until smooth, then add in shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Prepare the biscuits according to package instructions or roll out homemade dough and cut into shapes.
  5. Bake the biscuits for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve each biscuit topped with the creamed chicken sauce and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For a healthier alternative, use turkey or tofu for the chicken and almond or oat milk instead of regular milk.
