- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1 handful of Mint Leaves
- 2 Lemon Slices
- 4 cups Filtered Water
- Ice Cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Chop the fresh pineapple into bite-sized pieces, slice the cucumber, and prepare lemon slices. Gently bruise mint leaves to release their oils.
- In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple, cucumber, mint, and lemon.
- Pour filtered water into the pitcher over the fruit and herbs until filled. Stir gently.
- Cover the pitcher and allow it to infuse in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours; overnight for a stronger flavor.
- When ready to serve, fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the infused water over. Garnish with a mint sprig or lemon slice if desired.
