Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Chop the fresh pineapple into bite-sized pieces, slice the cucumber, and prepare lemon slices. Gently bruise mint leaves to release their oils.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple, cucumber, mint, and lemon.
