Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the carrots, cutting them into 1/4-inch thick sticks.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine carrot sticks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, tossing to coat.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the carrots and toss to coat.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
