- 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped
- 1 Lemon, juiced and zested
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Gnocchi in boiling salted water until they rise to the surface, about 2-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Fold in the smoked salmon, chives, and lemon juice, and simmer for another minute.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss gently to coat.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest and grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Whole wheat gnocchi or zucchini noodles can be healthier alternatives.
