Description

A quick and luxurious smoked salmon gnocchi recipe with creamy textures and vibrant flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Gnocchi
  • 4 ounces Smoked Salmon
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped
  • 1 Lemon, juiced and zested
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Gnocchi in boiling salted water until they rise to the surface, about 2-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Fold in the smoked salmon, chives, and lemon juice, and simmer for another minute.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss gently to coat.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest and grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Whole wheat gnocchi or zucchini noodles can be healthier alternatives.
