Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into thin half-moons
  • 1 large onion, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and slice the zucchini and onion, and mince the garlic.
  2. Heat the Pan: In a frying pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Sauté Onions: Add the sliced onions and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent and slightly golden.
  4. Add Garlic and Zucchini: Add minced garlic, cook for 30 seconds, then add zucchini and stir for 8–10 minutes until tender yet crunchy.
  5. Season: Drizzle with soy sauce, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add protein such as tofu or chicken. Serve with brown rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
