Description

Decadent cupcakes infused with Ferrero Rocher chocolates, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time to the creamed mixture, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
  6. Fold in the chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
  7. Fill the cupcake liners about two-thirds full with batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  10. Once cooled, frost with your favorite icing and garnish with a whole Ferrero Rocher.
