Decadent cupcakes infused with Ferrero Rocher chocolates, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time to the creamed mixture, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Fold in the chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
- Fill the cupcake liners about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, frost with your favorite icing and garnish with a whole Ferrero Rocher.
