- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Remove from heat and mix in crumbled feta. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square, fold, and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
