Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in crumbled feta. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle and cut into squares.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square, fold, and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
