Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Pizza Dough (preferably bread flour)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra-virgin)
- 8 oz Burrata (or fresh mozzarella)
- 4 oz Prosciutto (or pancetta/smoked salmon)
- 1 cup Fresh Arugula (or spinach)
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved (or sun-dried tomatoes)
- Sea Salt, to taste

- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough to your desired thickness, approximately 1/4 inch.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes, torn burrata, and prosciutto slices evenly over the base.
- Bake the pizza for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Top with fresh arugula, drizzle with balsamic reduction if using, and season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
- Slice into triangles and serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter option, consider using cauliflower crust or low-fat cheese. Pair with a fresh salad for balance.
