Description

Elevate your pizza game with a fluffy, gourmet pizza topped with creamy burrata and savory prosciutto.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Pizza Dough (preferably bread flour)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (extra-virgin)
  • 8 oz Burrata (or fresh mozzarella)
  • 4 oz Prosciutto (or pancetta/smoked salmon)
  • 1 cup Fresh Arugula (or spinach)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved (or sun-dried tomatoes)
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Balsamic Reduction (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough by mixing flour, warm water, a pinch of salt, and yeast. Knead until smooth and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.
  2. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  3. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness, approximately 1/4 inch.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  5. Add halved cherry tomatoes, torn burrata, and prosciutto slices evenly over the base.
  6. Bake the pizza for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Top with fresh arugula, drizzle with balsamic reduction if using, and season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Slice into triangles and serve hot.

Notes

For a lighter option, consider using cauliflower crust or low-fat cheese. Pair with a fresh salad for balance.
