A quick and easy garlic cheddar beer bread recipe that requires no yeast and no rising time.
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beer
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a standard loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the beer and milk.
- Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Add the remaining cheddar cheese and fold it in gently.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Experiment with different cheeses and add herbs or spices for personalization. Store bread in an airtight container or freeze for up to two months.
