- Fresh Corn on the Cob
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Corn: Shuck the corn and rinse under cold water.
- Boil the Corn: Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the corn for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Create the Flavored Butter: Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Season the Corn: Remove the corn from water and brush garlic butter over it.
- Add Cheese and Herbs: Sprinkle parmesan over the corn and garnish with parsley, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve Immediately: Enjoy the corn hot, with optional garnishes.
