Ingredients
1 whole chicken (3–4 lbs), patted dry
2–3 medium oranges, juiced and zested
2–3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil or neutral oil
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
For Garnish (Optional):
Fresh orange slices
Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or thyme)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a roasting pan or skillet with foil for easy cleanup.
Prepare the glaze: In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, zest, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and oil.
