- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Green food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mini marshmallows (for topping)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Few drops of peppermint extract (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm your milk, stirring constantly to avoid boiling.
- Add the white chocolate chips and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in green food coloring until desired hue is achieved.
- Add vanilla extract and, if desired, peppermint extract; mix well.
- Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and mini marshmallows.
- Optionally, add edible glitter or crushed peppermint candies as a finishing touch.
Notes
For a thicker consistency, add a teaspoon of cornstarch mixed with milk as it heats. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
