- 2 cups grapes (preferably seedless)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons tart flavored sugar or citric acid
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Rinse the grapes under cool water and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice and honey (or maple syrup) and whisk until blended.
- In a large bowl, toss the grapes with the lemon juice mixture.
- In another bowl, mix tart sugar and sea salt.
- Sprinkle the tart sugar mixture over the grapes and toss to coat.
- Spread grapes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey. Different fruits like strawberries or pineapple can also be used.
