Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

  3. Cream the softened butter and sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.

  5. Mix in the milk and the flour mixture, alternating until just combined.
  6. Scoop the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
