Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Frost if desired.
