Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey, lime juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and gently massage the chicken to ensure coating.
  3. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard leftover liquid. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
  6. Let the chicken rest for five minutes before slicing. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and drizzle with extra lime juice if desired.

Notes

Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes for optimal flavor.
