Description

A unique and decadent cheesecake blending the flavors of Earl Grey tea and fresh blackberries, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 Earl Grey Tea bags
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Blackberries, fresh
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and steep the tea for 5 minutes; let cool.
  4. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one by one.
  5. Mix in the cooled cream, tea, vanilla, and salt until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the springform pan and bake for 50 minutes.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with blackberries just before serving.
