Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering them on the counter.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy (about 5-7 minutes) and drain on paper towels, leaving the fat in the skillet.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Let rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat and add minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
