- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
- Slider buns
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Special sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Gather and prep all ingredients, chop onions, slice cheese, and form ground beef into small patties.
- Caramelize the Onions: In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and sliced onions; cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
- Cook the Patties: Add slider patties to the skillet, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook for about 4 minutes on each side, adding cheese for the last minute.
- Toast the Buns: Lightly toast slider buns in another pan or on a grill until golden brown.
- Assemble the Sliders: Spread special sauce on the bottom of each bun, add the cheesy patty, caramelized onions, and top bun; serve.
- Serve and Enjoy: Present sliders with extra sauce on the side and enjoy!
