Instructions
- Prepare the Pie Crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a store-bought crust, place it in your pie dish. For homemade, roll out and fit into the dish, crimping the edges.
- Prepare the Cranberry Filling: In a large bowl, combine cranberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Butter the Filling: Melt the butter and drizzle it over the cranberry mixture, gently folding to combine.
