- 1 pre-made or homemade graham cracker crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups Cool Whip
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing with melted butter, then press into a pie dish and chill for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then stir in vanilla and fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread the cream cheese filling over the crust, then top with cherry pie filling.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and press them in lightly.
- Cover and chill the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Slice and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt instead of Cool Whip.
