Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil to the bananas, mixing well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in dollops of Nutella gently to create a marble effect.
- Divide the batter evenly in the muffin tin, topping with chopped nuts if desired.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
