Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  5. Add sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil to the bananas, mixing well.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  7. Fold in dollops of Nutella gently to create a marble effect.
  8. Divide the batter evenly in the muffin tin, topping with chopped nuts if desired.
