  • 1 cup mixed green and black olives, pitted and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or Italian cheese blend
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup fresh parsley or basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice your bread into thick pieces, about 1 inch thick.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheese, minced garlic, and chopped olives. Mix until well combined.
