Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and blend until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, drop rounded dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
