Delicious cookies that combine the richness of peanut butter, chocolate, and caramel for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup caramel bits
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, allowing full incorporation.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, folding until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and caramel bits.
  6. Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden; centers may be soft.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to wire racks.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute all-purpose flour with almond flour. For dairy-free, use dairy-free chocolate chips.
