Description
These peanut butter frozen yogurt bites are the perfect blend of creamy, sweet, and tangy — made with simple ingredients like Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey. They’re freezer-friendly, protein-packed, and make an easy make-ahead snack or light dessert you’ll keep coming back to.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, granola, or a drizzle of melted chocolate
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or peanut butter flavor to your liking.
Spoon or pipe the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins.
Add your favorite toppings for crunch or flavor.
Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until solid.
Pop the bites out of the molds and store in an airtight container or freezer bag.
Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the best creamy texture — low-fat tends to freeze harder.
Try almond or cashew butter for a flavor twist.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
To prevent sticking, separate layers with parchment paper.
