Instructions

  1. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whip egg whites until frothy, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour and powdered sugar.
  4. Gently fold the dry mixture into the whipped egg whites in three additions.
