Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with cream cheese and peppermint extract until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Refrigerate the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate and tap off excess.
  7. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Refrigerate again until the chocolate is set before serving.

Notes
