Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth, leaving some small chunks for texture.
  3. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the shelled pistachios for even distribution.
