Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl and allow it to cool slightly.
  4. Whisk the melted butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until well combined.
  5. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  7. Whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually mix it with the wet ingredients.
  8. Fold in the chopped pistachios.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, leveling it out with a spatula.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out slightly fudgy.
  11. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.

Notes
