  5. Gently fold in the cornstarch and vanilla extract.
  6. Swirl in the raspberry purée without fully integrating.
  7. Spread the meringue mixture onto the lined baking sheet to 1 inch thick.
  8. Bake for approximately 1 hour until dry to the touch.
  9. Cool completely in the oven for about 1 hour before breaking or cutting into pieces.
