Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and pit the cherries, then slice in half and place in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the cherries and toss to coat. Roast for 20 minutes until soft.
